Andrea Tyndale is an Advisor and Strategist with Aspiring Women Now, LLC (AWN) a national firm spearheaded by a group of dynamic, accomplished business women dedicated to inspiring women to achieve their life’s ambitions. She is also Co-Founder of A&R Consulting, LLC, an executive search and coaching firm now in its 6th year of business. With clients spanning all of Southern California as well as major cities across the U.S., A&R Consulting is a known and trusted partner to many clients. And in her role as the Director of Youth Services with the Betty Ferguson Foundation, she will lead the charge of ‘training, developing and empowering women and youth to be a vital force in society’.
Andrea Tyndale has over 18 years of experience as a human resources generalist and recruiter with both Fortune 500 & start-up companies. She began her career on Wall Street with the corporate human resources team at Merrill Lynch before moving on to various roles with Riverwood International, Human Resources International (launching their consulting division in Southern California), Houghton Mifflin, NBC and the Walt Disney Company. Over the years, her foundation of knowledge has allowed her to experience continued and increasing success. Andrea’s background as talent acquisition specialist and strategist with human resource-specific skills sets her apart from competitors. Clients have sought her expertise in consulting, recruitment, career development, and leadership. Andrea received her education at Cornell University’s School of Industrial & Labor Relations.
An accomplished business professional in the corporate and entrepreneurial space – as employee, manager and employer – Andrea continues to bridge these talents as an official and unofficial coach to hundreds of professionals, residing in and outside of Southern California. Through her affiliation with AWN, she guides individuals through career modeling, career transitioning and entrepreneurial endeavors & relentlessly pursues information to keep all her clients ‘in the know’. Andrea’s delivery is rooted in experience, training and straightforward communication.

Andrea is both a Charter Member and Board Member of her Jack & Jill of America, Inc. chapter, a member of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs, and maintains SHRM membership among her many personal pursuits. Andrea resides in Southern California with her husband and two children.
